Urban Youth Workers’ Strategy Seminar
This practical, relevant training seminar has trained hundreds of youth leaders in a model of ministry which emphasizes evangelism, discipleship and the empowerment of young people. The curriculum focuses especially on reaching unchurched, non-Christian young people who live in diverse communities. It teaches how to reach them with the Gospel, and take them through the stages of spiritual growth toward maturity.

In partnership with Urban Youth Workers’ Institute, RELOAD (http://www NULL.ReloadTour NULL.org) is our annual, one-day training event for youth leaders that takes place each October in Miami.
Strategic Training of Mentors ( STOMP )
A program designed to mentor young emerging leaders to be trained so they in return can train and mentor the next generation of leaders. The program is geared for youth leaders who desire to equip others through mentoring relationships.
Student Leadership Summit (SLS)
A leadership program designed for high school teenagers. SLS includes high-energy, interactive training sessions to help students develop essential leadership skills.
